If you are buying a gift, I can send it directly to the recipient’s home address. Please click 'It's A Gift' at Check Out and fill in your personal message for the gift tag.  My jewellery is supplied wrapped in black tissue sealed with my logo sticker and placed in a black velvet pouch and gift bag. 

Cancellation & Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons. 


You have 14 days to return you item if you are not happy with it for an exchange or refund. 

Return Process for Necklaces
1. Please Email if you wish to return your order (as soon as possible) with the reason for return and we will reply with a postage address to send the items to.

2. We will offer a refund or exchange on an undamaged item within 14 days of it being received by you. Refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the item(s) in accordance with these terms and conditions.  We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.

3. If you return an item to us because it is faulty, we will include with your refund the postage that you were charged when purchasing the item, and the postage you paid when returning the item to us (this does not affect your statutory rights).

4. If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we shall only refund the cost of the returned item, and you will be fully liable for the postage paid when returning the item to us and when purchasing the item.

5.    All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise.

6.    We advise that when you are returning items to us, to use tracked postage, requiring a signature as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.
