Returns

In the rare occurrence that your jewellery is faulty, I will happily offer an exchange. Please email me on info@charlotteknapman.com within 7 days of receipt to arrange the exchange of the item or items. They must be sent back in their original packaging & in an unworn condition. I will then arrange the exchange.

I will refund the postage you paid when returning the item to me. I advise that when you are returning items to me, to use tracked postage, requiring a signature, as I am unable to exchange items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until I receive them.

For hygiene reasons, I am not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.
